Your Role

What You Will Lead:

• Own the overall design and execution of the full product roadmap for the NCR platform, ensuring consistent, secure, scalable, user-friendly, and impactful launches that align with our customer needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the NCR platform management approach to maximize efficiency in delivering outcomes and achieving shared success.
• Build, nurture, and grow a Product & Technology team, fostering an innovative and efficient environment, and promoting cross-collaboration with other NCR teams to ensure organizational alignment and seamless integration of information and actionable insights.

What You Should Have:

• A CS/Engineering Degree (or equivalent experience) in software product development.
• 5+ years experience in leading end-to-end product development for data-oriented products in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage cross-sectional and high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to manage a remote team.
• Fluent in English.

Contracting Conditions:

• Full-time position.
• Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and location.
• Eligible for equity through stock equity scheme.
• Remote location with travel.
