Privacy policy
Last updated 18 October 2026
1. In short
This website does not collect or store personal information. It has no accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no analytics and no tracking cookies, and the contact form does not send anything to our server. We receive personal information only when you choose to email us.
2. How the contact form works
The form runs entirely in your browser. When you press “Compose request”, it opens your own email program with a draft message addressed to [email protected], containing what you typed: your name, email address, organisation, role, area of interest and message. Nothing is transmitted to or saved on this website. You can edit or discard the draft; we receive it only if you send it. The “Copy request” button copies the same text to your device’s clipboard and nowhere else.
3. Information we receive when you email us
If you send the draft, or write to us directly, we receive the content of your email and the details in it, such as your name, email address, organisation and role. This correspondence is held in our business email system.
4. How we use it
- To reply to your request and follow it up, for example by proposing a non-disclosure agreement before sharing materials.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
- To comply with legal requirements.
We do not add you to a mailing list and do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
5. Visiting the website
- No cookies. The site sets no cookies. The only exception is a password-protected documents page shared with invited readers, which sets one cookie to remember that the password was entered.
- No third-party content. Fonts, images and films are served from our own server; the site loads nothing from other providers.
- Technical logs. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (time, page requested, browser type) for up to 14 days to operate and secure the site. Traffic reaches our server through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver and protect the site under its own privacy policy.
6. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only:
- With service providers that run our website and email on our behalf (hosting, Cloudflare and our email provider).
- When required by law, regulation or legal request.
- In the case of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, where correspondence may transfer to the new owners.
7. How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any relationship that follows, and delete it sooner if you ask us to, unless we are required to keep it by law.
8. Security
We take appropriate measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Withdraw consent to processing where applicable.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
10. Third-party links
This website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and our product sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
