Tom Sparke

Tom Sparke is a marine science and operations professional with over a decade of experience in ocean conservation and sustainable resource management. As the COO of MarVivo and Natural Capital Reserve, he leads innovative blue carbon projects and marine resource initiatives. Tom has extensive expertise in developing and managing marine conservation efforts across the Caribbean, Eastern Pacific, and Indo-Pacific regions, working in both private and non-profit sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Tropical Coastal Management, which has equipped him with the knowledge and skills to bridge science and practical implementation, promoting sustainable solutions for coastal ecosystems and marine biodiversity.
